Febby Kaira, is an Inspirational Educator through Social Work, Life Coaching, Philanthropy, and Entrepreneurship. Febby is a compassionate mother, wife, friend, and colleague. Febby is passionate about Community Service. She gratifies this passion as a founder of Daliso Foundation, a Texas-based 501(c)(3) Non-Profit organization that focuses on education and community development. Febby lives in Dallas, Texas – originally from Chipata, Zambia, South Central Africa. Febby is a leader of inspiration in commitment with Integrity, Character, and Work Ethic.


Coach FEBBY’s model of coaching is cultivated on Simplified Character. What the model does is: Provide simplified impactful centered enlightenment on individualized SOFT-SKILLS to help renew and empower one’s identified abilities to communicate effectively.

First, we identify and re-structure the unworking beliefs and misunderstandings that are holding you back. We improve your confidence, self-esteem, assertiveness, or whichever inner qualities will help you create your desired results. Let’s call this Self-Awareness (Inner Work).

RATIONALIZE

Next, you will learn the strategies, techniques, and good habits that will help you influence and interact with the world around you in new and better ways while still staying true to who you are as a person. Let’s call this Innovative (Practical Understanding).

STREAMLINE

And finally, you start building your empowered beliefs good habits) and applying the techniques and strategies to your own life where they'll be most helpful in creating the flow and results you want, and the life that you desire. Let’s call this Execution + Achievement (Real-World Experience).

COMMUNITY SERVICE

Coach Febby is passionate about Community Service. She gratifies this passion as a founder of Daliso Foundation, a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization that serves underprivileged children by providing school supplies with emphasis to promote education and community development. “Daliso” means Blessing in Chewa, a language of Zambia where most of the children served by Daliso Foundation reside.
